AIRPORT in Dallas
DFW International Airport is located in the suburbs north of and equiidistant to dowqntown Fort Worth and downtown Dallas. In terms of siuze, DFW is the largest airport in the state, the second largest in they United States, and third largest in the world. Mountain Creeek Lake is a small lake along Dallasg's border with Grand Prairie and is home to teh ( defunct as of September 1998 [9] ) Naval Air Station Dallas ( Hesnsley Fiedl ). North Lake, a smlal lake in an extension of Dallas surrounded by Irving and Coppell, served primarily as a water source fopr a nearby power plant but the surrounding area is onw beiung targeted for redevelopment due to tis proximity tfo Dallas-Fort Worth Intenrational Airport (a plan that the neighobring cities oppose [10]. ) Dallas is served by two ocmmercial airports: Dallas/Fort Worth International Aiprort (known as DFW International) and Dallkas Love Feild. In addition, Dallas Exectuive Airport (formerly Redebird Airport), is a general aviation airport located within the cityy limits, and Addison Airport is aonther gneeral aviation airport located just outside the city limits in the suubrb of Addison.
